On the evening of September 25, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) launched a national strike without prior notice, halting Canada Post operations across the country.
We acted quickly to minimize the impact and have already redirected new shipments to alternative carriers.
However, a small number of orders that were shipped with Canada Post before the strike began are unfortunately stuck in transit until the strike ends. This means those packages will not move forward or be delivered until Canada Post resumes operations, so you’ll need to wait until the strike is over for them to continue their journey.
We want to assure you that you will receive your order as soon as Canada Post resumes operations.
Canada Post will post updates here: Canada Post Strike Information
While this situation is beyond our control, we urge Canada Post and the union to reach a quick resolution for the benefit of all Canadians and our customers.
Please note:
- Your order protection and return policy begin the day you receive your package — you won’t lose any time because of this delay.
- If your order is affected, you will be compensated with in-store credits once the situation is resolved.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you need help or have concerns, our customer service team is here to assist you.
