Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date under certain conditions.

Hair extensions
We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging and are in the same condition as they were received. You can see the color of the extensions without undoing the packaging.

Hot tools
We accept returns if items are in their original condition and not used.

Wigs, hair care, and hair tools
We do not accept returns for wigs, hair care products and hair tools.

Refund/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us

  2. Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local Canada Post office.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange. You will be updated by email once your refund is issued.

Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
No. We will pay the shipping fee for you! Why? Because you placed your trust in us and that's our way of saying thanks even if you want to return your order. In short, you literally have nothing to lose by placing an order :)

Additional information
• If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.

• Please note that you must contact us before returning your order.

• All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.

• We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order, but If you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees.
