Hair extensions Return Policy


We accept returns within 60 days of your delivery date if the packaging has not been opened or tampered with, and the extensions have not been removed from their original packaging. Please use the included tester color swatch to match the extensions to your hair color without opening the packaging.

Wigs, Hair Toppers, and Hair Replacement Systems Return Policy


Should you decide that the wig, hair topper, or hair replacement system you ordered isn't quite what you envisioned, you have up to 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please ensure that the product remains in its original condition, as it was when you received it.

While you're welcome to remove the wig, topper, or hair replacement system from the packaging and try it on, please refrain from dyeing, cutting, styling, washing, or altering it in any way. This is important, because all returned products will be inspected to see if it's eligible for a refund!

Yes, you can remove the product from the packaging and try it on... but remember these key points:

  • Don't wash it
  • Don't style it
  • Don't dye it
  • Don't cut the hair
  • Don't cut the lace on the wig (if applicable)
  • Don't do any other modifications!

Refund / Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a return and choose whether you want an exchange or refund.
  2. Kindly print the prepaid return label that we will email you, and proceed to drop off your package at a nearby Canada Post Office.
  3. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly initiate either a complete refund or process an exchange for your order, based on your preference. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 business days from the date of receiving your return to finalize the refund or exchange process. Rest assured, you will be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been issued.

Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
No, we pay your return fees! By using our prepaid return label, you won't have to pay any return fees.

Are there any restocking fees?
No, there's no restocking fees. You will be issued a full refund.

How long does it take before I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 6 business days for your refund to be issued. We'll send you a refund confirmation email once your refund is processed.


Additional information
• If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.

• Please note that you must contact us before returning your order because the return address is different.

• All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.

• We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order, but If you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees.

• Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

• If you wish to test the hair quality before ordering, we recommend you order hair extensions samples. All of Canada Hair samples include a gift card that can be applied on your next purchase!
