It's Not Too Late To Claim Your CanadaHair.ca ™ Points
Did you know about CanadaHair.ca reward program?
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on Canada Hair. These points can be redeemed for extra discounts on future orders (see discounts chart).
If you placed an order with us, but you weren't signed in with a Canada Hair account at checkout, you missed on those reward points. If signed in with an account, these points would have been automatically added to your account, and you could use these points as in-store credit when shopping on Canada Hair.
But it's not too late! Whether you forgot to sign in or don't have a Canada Hair account yet, we can still add the points you lost back into your account. We're extending this courtesy only for orders placed in the last 12 months.
Here's how it works:
- Create an account if you don't already have one
- Email us with subject line "Canada Hair points"
What will happen next?
Our customer service team will add eligible points to your account within the next 1 to 3 days.
How can I know if I have a Canada Hair account or not?
Create an account on Canada Hair and if you get the error message "there is already an account with this email address", it means you already have a Canada Hair account. If you forgot your password, please reset it.
